Day 1

Check into the hotel any time after 3 p.m.
1 p.m. – 5 p.m.: Welcome table in the hotel lobby.
7 p.m.: Welcome buffet dinner at the hotel.

Day 2

6:30-7:45 a.m.: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
8 a.m.: Full-day guided sightseeing tour of Rottnest Island; includes an English-speaking guide, lunch and transportation by boat and coach.
• 9 a.m.: Meet in the hotel lobby for your transfer to Rottnest Island via air-conditioned coach.
• Travel by coach along the Swan River to the pier where you will ferry to Rottnest Island.
• 90-minute circumnavigation of the island by coach.
• Tour includes a walk along the boardwalk to the look-out point at West End.
• Lunch at Rottnest Lodge.
• 6:45 p.m.: Arrive back at the hotel.

Day 3

6:30-10 a.m.: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.

We base children’s pricing on their age at the time of travel. Their reservation has to be booked and paid for in order for you to check them in.

Please remember to book a reservation for everyone you’re bringing along on your DreamTrip before you travel. Otherwise, they’ll be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.

Hotel Parking:
Valet parking (35 Australian dollars per day) is subject to availability. Guests who choose self-parking (20 Australian dollars per day) must collect an entry coupon from the hotel first. Once the entry coupon is collected, the concierge will give directions to the car park entry at Central Park (across from the hotel).

Airfare is not included in the trip price! The closest commercial airport to the hotel is Perth International Airport (PER), approximately 12 miles. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.

Make sure to arrange your own transfers between the airport and your hotel, as they’re not included in the trip price.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, there will be no fee for the name change(s). If you change any name(s) on your booking 44 to 31 days before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.

Members can’t combine DreamTrips™ Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

As always, make sure that your passport/visa is up-to-date before you leave! It’s very important to double check that you have all the necessary identification required for the specific country you’re traveling to. Keep in mind that many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of the trip.

Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, we may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.

Members with additional people in room, not booked prior to travel, will be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.
